Deposit Policy *

All appointments require a non-refundable $80 deposit. This will come off of the total cost of your tattoo the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable and we require 24 hours notice if you need to make changes to your appointment. A no call/no show will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Rescheduling the same day will also result in a forfeit of your deposit.

Please note that sending a form does not guarantee you an appointment. Responses may take up to a week, so please do not re-send a form. If the tattoo idea you are sending is something that I am not comfortable executing, I will refer you to another artist in the studio who can better assist your needs. Deposits are made through the front desk by calling the studio during business hours. You may also make a deposit in person. The receptionist will have my availability for you to choose from once I give you the appropriate estimated time slot. I can book out months ahead if needed, or you can ask for a specific date. Please keep in mind that I work Wednesdays-Saturdays every week. Valid ID is required for every client and must be presented the day of your appointment. Military ID is not a valid form of ID as we are not allowed to make copies. MINORS: must bring a valid photo ID (drivers license or school ID) AND a birth certificate. Both are required through the health department. A parent or legal guardian must be present with you the entire duration of your appointment and must also bring valid ID. Please keep in mind that I will not tattoo minors in highly visible areas (forearms/face/hands/neck/etc). DRAWINGS: Drawings will be presented to you the day of your appointment and will not be sent to you via e-mail. There will be time set aside for you to make minor changes/tweaks, but if the entire design needs to be re-drawn, you will be rescheduled for another time.
